Business · Problem: I need a presentation structure fast
How do I use AI to structure a presentation quickly?
Tell AI the audience, how long you have and the decision you want at the end. Ask for a slide-by-slide outline with one message per slide, a visual idea and short speaker notes. Starting from the decision you want keeps the whole talk focused, instead of a pile of slides full of background.
When to use this
You have a meeting, pitch or talk coming up and you are staring at a blank slide.

Topic: [topic] Audience: [who, and what they care about] Time: [minutes] At the end, I want them to: [decision or action] Create a slide-by-slide outline. For each slide: title, the one key message, a visual idea, and 2 lines of speaker notes. Rules: one idea per slide, no more than 20 words on screen, open with the audience's problem, include at least one example or number. Finish with the 3 toughest questions they might ask and short answers.

Example
What you type in
Topic: adopting AI video for staff training. Audience: HR directors. Time: 15 minutes. Goal: approve a pilot.
What you can expect back (shortened)
Slide 1: "Your training videos are out of date the day they are filmed." Visual: a dusty DVD case next to a phone…
Common mistake
Asking AI to "make slides about X" with no audience or goal. You get a lecture, not a pitch.
Better follow-up prompt
Write an image prompt for each slide visual in one consistent style.
